Police say charges mat be filed in a multi-vehicle crash that shut down Interstate 81 near Martinsburg, West Virginia over the weekend.
West Virginia State Police blame icy road conditions for the crash that closed both directions for the interstate for about five hours.
The crash involved four tractor trailers and five cars.
