Atlanta Falcons Quarterback Michael Vick has arrived at a federal courthouse in Richmond, Virginia, where he will answer accusations that he was involved in a dog fighting operation.
Vick, who was booed by sign-carrying spectators outside the courthouse, will appear at a bond hearing and then enter a plea on dog fighting conspiracy charges.
He wore a dark suit and blue shirt and looked straight ahead as he walked up the ramp to the courthouse.
Vick is accused with three others of conspiracy involving competitive dog fighting, procuring and training pit bulls for fighting, and conducting the enterprise across state lines.
Federal prosecutors allege the operation was on Vick's property in rural Surry County.
