Staunton Police are also reporting two related thefts from a church and a business over the weekend. They say someone stole two laptops and some cash from the Third Presbyterian Church on Barterbrook Road, and someone stole $2,600 in cash and some knives from Smiley Tile, less than a block away, during the same time period.

Harrisonburg Police are reporting some phony money. They say someone used a counterfeit bill at Farmers & Merchants Bank Monday afternoon.
