The RUSH Drug Task Force and Rockingham County Sheriff's Office are looking for two men after raiding a house in the Massanutten Resort.

Officials say the Tuesday night raid took place on Yancey Court.
They seized about four pounds of marijuana, 12 marijuana plants, 1,000 prescription drug pills most of which are painkillers, one ounce of powder cocaine, hallucinogenic mushrooms and two firearms.

The drugs are worth several thousand dollars.

However, the two suspects were not at the home at that time and they have now disappeared.

Officials are looking for 18-year-old Andrew David Sheuchenko and 23-year-old Nicholas Lee Jewell, both of Harrisonburg.

According to the RUSH Drug Task Force, Sheuchenko and Jewell were renting the house and were using it to distribute narcotics.

"This affects the families of Massanutten. It affects the children. We've got 600 children living up there. So, we do not want this type of operation in Massanutten," says J.C. Powell, a Massanutten resident.

Both suspects face charges of possession with intent to distribute narcotics and possession of drugs while in possession of a firearm.

Officials believe they are both still in the Shenandoah Valley.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Sheuchenko and/or Jewell is asked to call the RUSH Drug Task Force at 540-434-1229.
