Out of the many residents who spoke out against the proposed rezoning of farmland in Augusta County, none of them made the difference.
Wednesday night, the Augusta County Board of Supervisors voted 4-2 in favor of rezoning land in Fishersville from agricultural to residential.
"I am not against progress, but by approving this measure you are opening up a Pandora’s box," commented Mike Jaworski, of Augusta County.
