There's new information in the Gail Smith murder investigation.

According to the Berryville Police Department, Smith's sister, 58-year-old Deborah Smith, was arrested Tuesday.

A grand jury indicted her on a charge of conspiracy to commit murder for hire.

Gail's brother, Timothy Smith Jr., as well as Edward Visosky and Edward Poley were previously indicted on counts of conspiracy to commit murder for hire.

A Nottoway County grand jury also indicted Timothy on two counts of solicitation to commit murder for hire. Police say the charges relate to a summer of 2008 plot to murder Gail.

Gail was found dead in her home of a gunshot wound to the head in July. No one has been charged for her murder.
