Olivia, There are basic Human rights and there are rights of citizens to defend their own homes. We're not talking about taking away one's right to live or be free.
We're talking about the right of Americans to control their own destiny for their own citizens. I'm sure that you would not like it very much if I decided to camp out in your living room uninvited for a few years, then bring my extended family.

Illegal invaders have no rights to any service including school for their children. The fact is that when they are rounded up and deported, their human rights are respected. They just are not welcome in the country. Maybe they should try to come legally into the country as millions do each year instead of coming as thieves in the night.

Brian, I couldn't agree with you more. And to add I also believe that our elected leaders on the county board were right in passing this ordinance. If congress paid attention to the 288 million US Residents instead of courting 12 million ILLEGAL ALIENS, PWC would not have to be in this situation. My support goes out not only to Prince William County but also to Loudoun County, VA, Hazelton, PA, and other communities and counties that are pushing ordinances to end illegal immigration. It's time for them to leave our Great Nation. It's time for them to realize that they are not wanted here period!!

The first ethical issue of immigration is whether any community has a right to place the needs of its own residents ahead of the needs of people outside the community. Further, advocacy groups would have us believe that non-citizens have the same rights as citizens. They do not. If someone breaks into your home, but they wash your dishes and mow your lawn, would you let them stay? The United States of America is a sovereign nation of law abiding CITIZENS who wish to protect their home from unlawful invaders. American Citizens want their country respected, honored, and protected by its government. The issue has never been about whether or not immigrants can come into the United States but rather that they do it legally and with respect to their new host country. Any support of illegal aliens is an affront to the two million LEGAL immigrants that come to this country every year. What of their patience, effort, and desire to do things the right way out of respect to US?
