It's a conviction for one of the men accused of taking part in a sex ring at the Staunton/Augusta YMCA.

George G. Bartley, Jr., Staunton, is one of seven men arrested in April. Wednesday morning, he was convicted of indecent exposure, and fined $100.

A charge of obscene exhibition was thrown out.

Three of the other men arrested have had their cases continued.

The trials of Kenneth V. Amick and Joseph I. Earhart, Jr., both of Staunton, have been pushed back because they still face felony sodomy charges.

The trial for James M. Acord was continued because of his role as a cooperative witness for the prosecution.
