A West Virginia man has been charged with reckless driving in an accident that killed two teen-age boys in Fairfax County Tuesday.
Police say Dwayne Mongold of Petersburg was driving a dump truck on Route 50 when he failed to stop at an intersection and crashed into the back of a car.
The car was then pushed forward into the intersection, where it struck another car.
Mongold suffered minor injuries.
