RICHMOND, Va. (WHSV)-- Parker Slaybaugh breaks down what she had to say about the meetings the former first lady, and businessman Jonnie Williams.

A McDonnell administration staffer says he knew about the McDonnell's financial problems. He received an email from Maureen, saying she was broke and needed help finding a dress for the governor's inauguration.

A former scheduler for McDonnell says Maureen would get emotional and act out about spending such little time with the governor.

She also says Maureen could not tell the difference between donors and friends.
