Alleged Armed Robbery in Winchester

Winchester The Frederick County Sheriff's Office continues to look for two suspects in an alleged armed robbery.

Investigators say the victim in the robbery picked up two women on on Pleasant Valley Road who said they needed a ride to Costco on Front Royal Pike. When he pulled into the parking lot, the victim says one of the women pulled out a gun and pointed at him, asking to hand over money. When the women got the man's money, both women got out of the car and ran away up Front Royal Pike.

The victim described them as two white women, mid to late 20’s, both were wearing blue jean style shorts, one had on a red shirt with short blonde hair and the other with a white shirt and shoulder length brunette hair.
