Augusta County Eagles' Chili Cook-Off

AUGUSTA COUNTY -- The Augusta County Eagles hosted a chili cook-off on a chilly Sunday.

With the smell - and burn - of hot peppers in the air, contestants whipped up their secret recipes while showing off individual styles like Tailgate Chili and Tex-Mex Chili.

One contestant, Chris Lamb, shared some of his ingredients: "Some banana peppers, I don't know, a jar of some other kind of hot peppers, a couple different types of chili powder. That's pretty much it."

But his secret ingredient is something he would not share.
