A local woman says she has had enough of drivers not yielding when merging with traffic on Route 11 South in Harrisonburg.
April Bickers says the problem is on South Main Street near the truck stop where two lanes of traffic become one.
She say drivers don't seem to notice that they are supposed to yield until it's too late.
According to Bickers, this forces other drivers to stop abruptly in order to let the merging vehicle in.
She suggests putting in a yield sign to let drivers know earlier that they are required to yield to traffic in the left lane.
At this time, it isn't known if the city is planning any adjustments at the location.
