Bank Robbery Suspect Caught

WEYERS CAVE - Augusta County deputies have arrested a man they say is responsible for the bank robbery at The Carter Bank and Trust in Weyers Cave.
Aaron B. Rummel, 31 years old, was arrested on Friday, August 1. He was taken into custody without incident. Rummel is from Weyers Cave. Deputies say the arrest came from a tip that came into the sheriff's office. Rummel is charged with armed robbery and is currently being held in the Middle River Regional Jail without bond.
