The second annual Brew-B-Que is happening Saturday afternoon in the parking lot next to Jack Brown's in Harrisonburg.
The event had such positive support from last year that organizers decided to host it for a second year.
A year ago, the event had several hundred people attend and they expect about the same this year.
Around 250 pounds of pork will be smoked for all those people.
Along with the food, the Brew-B-Que will have beer, music, and a cornhole tournament.
The temperatures are supposed to be pretty high Saturday so free water will be handed out and a misting station will be setup for people to cool off.
One of the Brew-B-Que organizers thinks that all of downtown Harrisonburg will benefit from the event.
"Not only is there great music and great food but there is plenty of fun things to do afterwards. One of the cool things about downtown Harrisonburg are these events that we can put on. I love putting these events on and I think its great for downtown Harrisonburg." says Aaron Ludwig, Brew-B-Que organizer.
The Brew-B-Que goes from 2PM to 8PM this Saturday and it costs ten dollars to get in.
