Brewery Increases Production, Draws in Visitors

HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) -- A local brewery is drawing in people from out of town. Three Brothers Brewing released a new brew, Resolute, on Saturday.

The event included local bands, food and beer. About 300 people came from out of town, and other locals attended the event.

As the brewery grows, more business is coming in from out of town. Kyle Patch drove from Winchester just for the release.

"I drink, try to trade beer, get beer from all over the country, so really supporting the locals and trying to get them put on the map, so maybe one day those are the beers people are seeking out," said Patch.

Workers sold about 90 percent of the bottles of the new beer allocated for the brewery on Saturday. Owners say the growth of their business also means more business for restaurants in the Shenandoah Valley.
