AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va. (WHSV) -- Law enforcement arrested a Staunton man after they say he set fire to a bush.

On Thursday at 4:30 a.m., the Augusta County Sheriff's Office responded to a call where they say they found Steve Paine, 34, naked and in a manic state.

Before that, they say he parked a 1957 Chevy truck in front of a bush that he then set fire to. He then used a fire extinguisher to put out the fire.

Paine was arrested without incident and now faces three charges: threats to bomb or damage building, attempted burning or destroying dwelling and disorderly conduct.
