HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) -- The Roberta Webb Child Care Center celebrated the opening of a new infant care facility Friday morning.

It's a project WHSV has been working on for the last few months.

Some of our employees have worked hard to help remodel a room in the center with help from donations from the community.

The center is a non-profit, United Way agency, and fees are based on a sliding scale according to income and it should help a lot of people here locally.

"After having four children and going back to work n Monday I feel so bless. I've waited for this moment, I've called over and over again to make sure we had our spot, to see when we were starting. I'm just so blessed, ny family is so blessed," said Latoya Russell.

This is the first of several projects w-h-s-v has planned for this year.
