ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, Va -- Kate Beagle was only 19-months-old when she died in a car crash on Friday morning. Kate died after an SUV hit her while she was in a stroller at a bus stop in the Belmont Estates neighborhood.
Friends and family members gathered at Kate's funeral on Tuesday morning at Henry Funeral Home in Staunton. Kate's death has affected hundreds of people in the community. People wanted to remember Kate, especially her smile.
