HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) -- The Massanutten Regional Library hosted a reading of the Bill of Rights Monday.
It's part of Constitution Week which ends Monday.
A crowd gathered as the Bill of Rights was read.
Many different people came out to read the first ten amendments, including our very own Bob Corso.
This is the third year the library has held this reading.
Penny Cummiskey, one of the readers, said that its important to keep reading the constitution.
"We're really protected by what our forefathers wrote two hundred and twenty six years ago. We have rights as citizens. We have certain rights. The government can't push us around," said Cummiskey.
The library hopes to continue reading the Constitution and amendments every year.
