Crash on Interstate 81 Leads to Delays

HARRISONBURG, VA. (WHSV) -- State police responded to a crash on Interstate 81 on Monday morning.

At about 7:30 a.m., near mile market 245 in the northbound lanes, the driver of a minivan tried to switch lanes, causing another driver to drive off the road and flip over, according to state police.

No injuries were reported in the crash, but the car that rolled over is totaled and the driver of the minivan is charged with improper lane change.

While several lanes were closed for about 90 minutes, all lanes are now open.
