HARRISONBURG, VA -- David Miller, owner of Dave's Taverna in Harrisonburg, is facing two charges in Rockingham County General District Court, according to court documents.
The incident happened earlier this year.
Miller is charged with failing to stop at the scene of an accident with an injury.
He's also charged with failing to stop for a school bus.
According to court documents, Miller said he was heading to an appointment and drove down the wrong side of the road.
He was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.
Miller turned himself in to face the charges.
A court date is set for mid-April in Rockingham County General District Court.
