HARRISONBURG, Va -- The Harrisonburg Police Department and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner confirmed the identity of the man, who was found dead last week in his apartment.
Thaxton Keith Simms, 57, was found dead on Nov. 1 inside of his Apartment on Dutch Mill Court.
The cause of death has not yet been determined by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner; however, investigators continue following up on Information that has been received.
