Richard Smith is wanted on three charges and is a person of interest in Wednesday's alleged robbery at a 7-Eleven store.
Rockingham County - UPDATE: 09/01/2014 7:30 p.m.
The Rockingham County Sheriff confirms Andrea Mullan was arrested Monday afternoon in Washington Township, New Jersey.
She is in custody and Augusta County sheriff's deputies are en route to New Jersey to try and extradite Mullan.
Mullan is wanted on fraud charges in Page County. Charges against her in Augusta and Rockingham counties are pending.

This information is being released as an update to our press releases issued on 8/27 and 8/28 regarding WANTED fugitive felon – Richard Clay SMITH – who is to be considered armed and very dangerous.
The following agencies have all been working together to ensure that all possible efforts are being made to apprehend SMITH: Virginia State Police, U.S. Marshal Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Augusta County Sheriff’s Office, Page County Sheriff’s Office, Harrisonburg Police Department, and the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.
Additional charges that have been filed against SMITH at this time:
Capital Murder / Robbery / Use of Handgun in the Commission of a Felony
Possession of a handgun by convicted felon
The following individual is the girlfriend of SMITH and is believed to have been assisting him in his ongoing crime spree involving Page, Augusta, and Rockingham Counties:
32 y/o female of Elkton
5’5” 275 lbs., Blue eyes, Brown hair

MULLAN has two (2) outstanding Felony warrants against her for:
Fraud / Illegal Use of Credit Card
* Her vehicle, a 1997 Dodge Van, was recovered at 3 p.m. today by RCSO investigators. It is believed to have been involved in another Robbery in Rockingham County on 8/25.
* The vehicle used in the Robbery of the 7-11 Store in Penn Laird – a 1996 Dodge Ram pickup – was also recovered by RCSO at 5:30 p.m. on this date.
* At this time, the vehicle from the Homicide in Augusta County – 2002 Ford Ranger pickup bearing VA registration XWW 1871 – has not been recovered.
