HARRISONBURG -- A Rockingham County man will spend the next two and a half years in prison after killing an Elkton man in October 2012.

Justin Harris pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and to driving under the influence. The crash killed 73-year-old Ralph Mowbray.

Mowbray was mowing his lawnmower when it got stuck in a ditch. He used his ATV and the help of two other men to get it out.

He was hit by Harris as he got off the ATV.
