Dudunia To Serve Two Years in Prison

HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) -- Givi Dudunia was sentenced to serve 24 months in prison Thursday morning for his role in the death of Ben Graessle.

Dudunia received the maximum sentence and will also have to pay a $5,000 fine.

He pleaded guilty in August to two charges for accessory after the fact of a homicide and accessory to using a firearm.

Thursday, he also pleaded guilty to the charges of assault and battery as part of a plea agreement.

The main suspect in the case, Dallas Chaplin pleaded guilty to first degree murder last month and will spend the next forty years in prison.
