HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) -- Wednesday, members of the Harrisonburg Electoral Board met to discuss a few things they've learned from the November election and the recent Attorney General's race recount.
During the meeting, they also talked about ways that they can improve their security, as part of a policy that will be certified.
The group has until the end of the month to make a decision regarding what steps to take in that direction.
"We each give our own input as far as things we've observed through that process and that's what helps us then in that review to prepare for the next election to know what to cover in training. Things that we need to emphasize and things that we might want to change you know for the next election, as far as our procedures," said Sandra Price-Stroble whose is the Harrisonburg Electoral Board Chair.
This year, voters now have the option of registering to vote online, which is new for registrars.
