BROADWAY, Va. (WHSV)-- Neighbors have said Kimberley Kenyon is the leader of the homeowners association in her neighborhood but one neighbor, who knows the Kenyon family well, said she was shocked and that Kimberley is a good person.

"She is such a nice person, she is friendly. I really hope it's going to be ended soon and everything's going to be good," said Nadzeha Terzeman.

On June 10, the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office came to Alger Lane with a search warrant. They later carried file boxes out of the Kenyon home.

Because the investigation is ongoing the sheriff's office is waiting to release more information.

EDITED TO ADD: It is $180 instead of $300 a year in homeowners fees.
