Updated: Wed 12:33 PM, Mar 20, 2013

HARRISONBURG-- The basketball team from James Madison Univ. is getting ready for its first March Madness game in 19 years on Wednesday night.

The play-in game against Long Island Univ.-Brooklyn will determine who takes on #1 seeded Indiana on Friday.

Tip-off is set for 6:40 p.m. The Dukes recently won the C.A.A. Tournament, and are hoping to keep the momentum going.

Early odds on the game have the Dukes as slight underdogs in the game. Students on campus are looking forward to tonight's game.

"Everybody is really excited on campus to see something passing. I'm from Indiana so if we win this game then we actually get to play someone that's from my home state, so that will be pretty cool," said Clinton Teegarden, a senior. "I've just been seeing a lot of purple and a lot of pride," said another student.

The game is on TruTV. On Comcast, it's standard def channel 62, and HD at 841. On Direct TV, it's channel 246. On Dish Network, it's 204.

Fans can also stream the games online if they are cable subscribers.
