HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) -- The Spanish version of the health care website has been live since December, but as we found out, not everyone in our area is using it.

Diego Osorio helps Spanish speakers navigate healthcare.gov by answering questions and helping them enroll; however, he has only looked at the Spanish version once.

He translates the content from the English website instead because he said it is easier to do it that way.

Part of the reason for that is because Spanish words have different meanings depending on where are you from.

"If you translate it yourself from English to Spanish you can simplify it for them so they can mainly get mainly the gist of what everything means," said Osorio.

He has received nearly 200 calls since January and he expects to receive more as the March 31 deadline for enrollment approaches.
