Good Neighbor Starts Group to Help Local Families in Need

A good neighbor in Page County has been collecting hundreds of items for people in need in that area.

So far, she's helped several families who need that extra assistance, right in time for Christmas.

Tammy Good says it all started when she saw a homeless man in Luray. She started bringing him things he needed and even helped him move into a trailer.

Then Good started a Facebook page called 'Angles Among Us.' That's when she says the whole community started to reach out to her to help with more donations.

Now with that help, she continues to collect toys and other items for people in need.

"I can always count on my friends and family, but what touched me the most was being able to count on the strangers and people who I've never met before, and they showed up and ran those bake sales and people brought things, and it all started with the little page," said Good.
