HARRISONBURG -- One man involved in a year-long bath salts case admits he's guilty to selling bath salts out of Pamela's Secrets, an adult store.
Matthew Comer appeared in federal court on Wednesday as part of a plea hearing.
During the plea hearing, Comer admitted to selling between 1,000 and 3,000 kilograms of bath salts. He said he sold hundreds of grams of the drug per day at Pamela's Secrets.
He told the judge he worked with Augustus Julias, the owner of Pamela's Secrets, to figure out ways around the law in order to sell the drug.
Comer said he knew the customers buying the drugs intended to consume them. That's because, he said, he used the drugs with those customers.
The judge accepted the plea. Comer will appear in court in September to receive a sentence. The amount of time he's already spend in jail will count toward his sentence.
One other man, Jeremy King, also faces charges in this case.
