A statewide amber alert has been canceled after Sarah and Charles Dillon III were located.
Harrisonburg police say the child and mother were brought to the police station by Sarah Dillon's attorney.
The child is in the custody of Child Protective Services and appears to be in good health. Sarah Dillon is charged with reckless endangerment, and parental abduction.
Police say around 11:00 a.m. today, Sarah Dillon, took Charles Dillon III from the 300 block of Neff Avenue. She was having supervised visitation and does not have custody of the child.
