HARRISONBURG, VA-- A new community is coming to Harrisonburg. Co-housing in The Burg focuses on living more simply and saving you money. Co-housing in The Burg's mission is to form a co-housing community in or near Harrisonburg which values social and environmental sustainability. The community will offer a building on site where neighbors can access several utilities used for landscaping and snow removal.

Harrisonburg Co-housing, an enthusiastic group of Harrisonburg area residents embarking on a co-housing project, is excited to bring renowned cohousing architects/authors Kathryn McCamant and Charles Durrett to Harrisonburg for two events aimed at educating the community about co-housing and building momentum for the Harrisonburg project.

Durrett & McCamant's evening presentation will feature co-housing communities they have designed in partnership with the future residents of each community.
