Harrisonburg Man Arrested in Texas Drug Bust

HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV)-- A man from Harrisonburg was arrested earlier this week in Texas. He and another man were caught with over 34 pounds of marijuana, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety. The drugs have an estimated value of over $150,000.

Lee Spencer Magalis, of Harrisonburg, was arrested on Thursday morning in Carson County, Texas. Police there said he and another man, named Joseph Paul Huffman from New York, were transporting marijuana from California to Harrisonburg.

The two were pulled over following a traffic violation. They were both taken to the Carson County jail.
