HARRISONBURG, Va. (WHSV) -- The court case against Weylin Holmes, a former Harrisonburg High School student and football player, has been continued until December 10.
Holmes is accused of raping a woman inside of a student apartment during a party.
A woman said that during a party in February at the University Fields complex on Port Republic Road, Holmes forced her into a bedroom and raped her, according to police.
Holmes is now facing charges of rape, sodomy and abduction, which are all all felony charges.
