Fire Destroys Home in Shenandoah County

SHENANDOAH COUNTY, Va. -- An early morning fire destroyed a home on Mash Lane near Edinburg.

The Shenandoah County Public Information Officer said the firefighters arrived on the scene just before 5 a.m. to find the one-story home on fire.

Four people currently live in the home. However, only three of them were inside at the time of the fire.

All three were able to escape.

The fourth person was out of town.

The American Red Cross is currently being called to assist them.
