Hundreds Remember Odin Lloyd at Funeral

Hundreds of people remember Odin Lloyd today, the semi pro football player at a funeral service.

Many of those attending the service to remember the Boston Bandit's player wore his favorite color purple. His teammate wore their jersey's and gathered prior to the service. They say they plan to dedicate the upcoming season to Lloyd.

"One thing about our team --it's a family, a brotherhood, camaraderie. It's various different things. But it's about a life ultimately and it's just sad this had to evolve this way," said coach Mike Branch.

Police found Lloyd shot to death on june 17th, near the home of former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez. Hernandez is charged with the murder.
