A business that is a hot spot during the summer is cashing in on warmer temperatures on Saturday.
Kline's Dairy Bar in Harrisonburg's downtown has been seeing more customers than normal.
A worker said winter is usually slower for business.
She said on a colder day like Friday, the business made $200.
However on Saturday, their profit is more than triple.
She said they even had to call an extra person to handle the crowd.
Customer Kayla Ayers said she is taking advantage of eating ice cream without freezing outside.
" I kinda wish it was a little colder I love snow so it would be nice to get some snow days but you know I'll take it. It's nice to get be able to get out and get that vitamin D," Ayers said.
A worker at Kline's said that random jumps in temperature usually bring in the most business this time of year.
