HARRISONBURG - The JMU men's basketball team left for their first game in the NCAA Tournament Monday night.

Fans of the Dukes came to the JMU Convocation Center to show support while the team got ready to leave for their game in Dayton, Ohio.

One fan said this game is almost as equality historic for her as it is for the Dukes.

"We just came to support the team,"JMU student Tori Roger said. "We've been going to games since our freshman year, we're seniors now so it's awesome that we're able to see them beat the other teams all regular season and now this, so it's great."

The Dukes will play against LIU-Brooklyn at 6:40 p.m. The game will air on truTV.
