China Investigators are looking into JP Morgan Chase's Chinese branches hiring process.
The New york Times reports some of the employees at the bank may not be qualified.
The workers include daughter of a Chinese railway official and the son of a former top bank regulator.
However one thing to keep in mind, The Times is not accusing JP Morgan Chase of anything illegal, and a spokeswoman is cooperating in the investigation.
The investigation comes days after former bankers with the company were charged with attempting to conceal hundreds of millions of dollars in losses which could be linked to the London whale trade.
