HARRISONBURG, Va. Luray High School and Page County High School are teaming up to raise money for their senior trip to Florida.
Many students said they would not be able to afford the trip, if it were not for the community support.
As a way to raise money, both schools decided to hold a wrestling event, called "Night of the Superstars."
They invited professional wrestlers from all over the country, including Short Sleeve Sampson.
Sampson will also be giving presentations to the local schools about bullying.
Leaders at the school said, this trip is a tradition that has been going on for more than 30 years.
Terius Grandison, a senior at Luray High School, said for some students it will be their first time traveling on an airplane or even leaving Virginia.
"It's the last time we get to hang out together and have fun before we all go our separate ways and it's kind of sad to think about in a sense because we might not see each other ever again. But, having this trip you get to have those experiences forever," said Grandison.
While in town, Short Sleeve Sampson will also talk about peer pressure and the importance of having a positive role model.
The event is Saturday, March 22, at 6 p.m. at Luray High School.
