HARRISONBURG -- A Valley restaurant isn't just sharing its grand opening celebration with customers, but with those in need. The Macado's in Harrisonburg has its grand opening December 5.

The restaurant will give ten percent of all food sales during the grand opening to the Salvation Army. They are also taking canned food donations. The general manager of Macado's said that being a part of the community and helping those in need is important to their staff.

"We'll be doing a food drive for them, you know everybody needs to eat, so it's just a great benefit for the community," said Russell Putney, Macado's General Manager.

Macado's is located on Deyerle Avenue in Harrisonburg.
