The crash happened at the intersection of Federal St and East Market St in Harrisonburg late Thursday afternoon. Paramedics took one man to the hospital.
A car appeared to have knocked over the motorcycle, and a WHSV reporter did see a helmet at the scene.
A WHSV reporter has reached out to the Harrisonburg Police Department for more information but has not received an update as of this time.
