AUGUSTA COUNTY, Va. (WHSV) -- While the search continues for Kevin Quick, one of his friends is contributing to a fund he hopes will speed up Quick's safe return home.
Chris Harris worked with Quick for 15 years at Invista and said he just wants to find his friend.
"This guy never harmed a soul in his life, never did anything bad to anybody. Help us find him, tell us where he is, send him home. The reward money, it's nothing. I'd give all the money I have right now to see Kevin Quick walk up," said Harris.
He called the past few days, "hell on earth" as he waits for any news on Quick.
Harris even contacted state police asking if they needed help on search teams, as he wants to do whatever he can to try to find his friend.
"It's the worst possible scenario. It's the worst thing you can imagine. You can't sleep. I've had a headache for three days. You feel sick. It's just horrible. And you just want to do anything you can to help," said Harris.
$30,000 is the potential reward for anyone with information that leads to Quick’s discovery.
