Man Accused of Using a Stun Gun on a Child

A man is accused of using a stun gun a 7 year old boy and a 12 year old girl. Adam Wright is charged with assault and battery and neglect of a child.

The charges stem from allegations from the victim. She says wright beat her and used a stun gun on her after an argument.

Another, Renee Wright, was also charged in the investigation with abuse and neglect. Although police do not accuse her of using the stun gun.

This all allegedly happened on Emerald Drive in Harrisonburg. Social services removed the children from the home. Police later went in to search the home, and they did not find a stun gun.
