Missing Maryland Man May Be in Hardy County

HARDY COUNTY, W.Va. (WHSV) -- A missing Maryland man was last seen in Hardy County.

Robert Lee Skews, from the Prince George's County area in Maryland, has missing since July 2.

Skews was last seen in the Moorefield, W.Va. area on or about July 11.

He is a 5-foot 6-inch white man who weighs about 180 pounds. He has shoulder-length brown hair and full beard.

Police say Skews has an apparent fascination with a local property described as Willow Wall.

He is on phsycotropic medications and has stopped taking them.

A past medical surgery has left the him with a facial deformity.

Police advise that if you see Skews, do not attempt to confront him, simply call 911 and report the whereabouts to the Hardy County 911 Center.
