Obenshain Casts Vote for Election

HARRISONBURG (WHSV)-- Mark Obenshain, the Republican candidate for attorney general, voted Tuesday morning at Thomas Harrison Middle School.

He was joined by his wife, Suzanne, and his daughter, Tucker. Obenshain remains optimistic about his own race but did not offer any predictions about the other races.

"I leave the prognostication to the talking heads, the political scientists and the journalists like you," he said. "We'll see at the end of the day what the results are. This is the only poll that matters, and I feel like we've been out there communicating a positive message."

Obenshain is also stopping in Glen Allen and Midlothian on Tuesday afternoon. He will spend election night in Richmond.
