Page County Sheriff's Office Finds Missing Man


PAGE COUNTY, Va. (WHSV) -- Update 9:20 p.m. --
The Page County Sheriff’s Office confirms they found Leland Colley around 5:20 Monday evening. He was taken to a local hospital, but is doing well.

The Page County Sheriff’s Office and the Virginia Department of Emergency Services are searching for a missing person.

Leland Colley was last seen near 5240 Leaksville Road, Stanley, at 9 p.m. on Saturday. He is being described as a 50-year-old white man, about 6-feet 1-inches tall and weighs 210 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red shirt and camouflage shorts.

Colley is believed to be in a diabetic emergency and was just released from the hospital. At this time, he is not thought to be dangerous.

The State Police as well as Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office, Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office, Warren and Frederick County Sheriff’s Office’s are assisting or in a position to assist as manpower needs require.
