More than an inch of rain wasn't enough to put out a forest fire in Page County, but the fire hasn't grown much since Tuesday.
It's now up to 396 acres, six more than Tuesday night. It remains 40 percent contained.
Forest crews say the biggest problem is leaves falling on it and reigniting.
Thirty-five firefighters will be back to battle it Thursday.
